- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 day of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unstitched, and returned in original packaging, or be confirmed as defective.
- Products must be shipped back by the customer. Return shipping cost is
the customer’s responsibility. - Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of delivery, after the returned item has been received and inspected.
